We believe that our youth are the greatest legacy and the future of Christ’s Church.
THE 4 F’s… We are committed to provide 4 values in everything we do:
1.Foundations:
We are committed to teach from the word of God. We believe that the foundation of our youth’s future is dependent on the truth and principles taught throughout Scripture and a relationship with God.
2. Family:
We are committed not only to our youth but to their family. The unity of the family and the support a family gives to an adolescent is something we greatly value and try to have our kids appreciate. Values such as respect, honesty and honor are a few of the biblical virtues we focus on. Not only do we relate those virtues to their earthly family but also to their brothers and sisters in Christ as we lead them to live and commit to purity.
3.Fellowship:
We are committed to the edification of one another. Aside from biblical instruction, we believe spiritual support and accountability play a crucial role in the body of Christ. We make an effort to bond with our youth and serve them in their individual areas of need. (John 10:11-14)
4.Fun: Games, food, laughter, friends, outings; life’s most memorable moments are formed around the times we have the most fun and enjoyment. As part of our goal of life-long impact, we are committed to having fun in all we do. Joy is not an emotion, it's a lifestyle! (Nehemiah 8:10)
COMMUNICATION & DIVERSITY
The people that make up our youth group are very diverse and more than likely you will find someone with whom you’ll hit it off on your very first visit!. We feel that this diversity is a blessing from God since it allows for the outreach of many. We would love your involvement. Please feel free to stop in on Wednesday nights to see the Youth group and Leader’s team in action, or Sunday mornings for our Bible study.
